The Andhra Pradesh Government has announced a major relief under the Annadata Sukhibhava Scheme.
Due to technical errors in Webland records and Aadhaar mapping, around 5.44 lakh farmers could not receive their benefits. To resolve this, the government has waived ₹2.72 crore in service charges for Aadhaar-Pattadar Passbook seeding corrections.
Farmers can now update their records free of cost at MeeSeva centres - no ₹50 service charge required.
After correction, these farmers will be added back to the Annadata Sukhibhava beneficiary list and will receive the pending benefits.
The state has already credited ₹7,000 in the first installment to 47 lakh farmers, and the second phase of payments will be released soon.
Total Annual Benefit: ₹20,000 (₹14,000 from the State + ₹6,000 under PM-KISAN).
