Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) , a subsidiary of Coal India Limited. The company has released a recruitment notification to fill 270 Assistant Foreman (Trainee) vacancies across its mining projects located in Singrauli (Madhya Pradesh) and Sonbhadra (Uttar Pradesh).

The total 270 posts are distributed across three technical disciplines:
Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) – 108 Posts
Assistant Foreman (Electrical) – 148 Posts
Assistant Foreman (Electronics & Telecommunication – E&T) – 14 Posts
Selected candidates will undergo training and, upon successful completion, will be assigned full responsibilities as per company norms.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must have passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
Must possess a 3-year Diploma in the relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
Candidates who completed their diploma through Distance Education mode are not eligible . Only regular diploma holders can apply.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 30 years (as on the last date of application)
Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government of India rules.
Selected candidates will receive an initial basic pay of approximately ₹47,330 per month .
In addition to the basic pay, employees will be entitled to:
Dearness Allowance (DA)
House Rent Allowance (HRA) / Other allowances
Additional PSU benefits as per company policy

The selection will be conducted through a Computer-Based Test (CBT) .
