Provide free coaching for competitive exams to students from economically weaker sections.
Increase participation of SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Minority, and special category students in competitive exams.

Candidates must meet the following conditions:
Must be a resident of Rajasthan.
Selection is based on marks obtained in Class 10th and 12th.
Candidates whose parents' salary is up to Pay Matrix Level 11 (Rajasthan Government employees) are eligible.
Belong to BPL family from SC, ST, Special Backward Class, OBC, or General Category.
Must take admission in the listed coaching institutes after passing entrance requirements.
Annual family income should be less than ₹8 lakh.
Must pass the prescribed stage of the competitive examination.

Students enrolled in reputed coaching institutes are provided ₹40,000 per year for accommodation and food.
Additional incentives for exam stages:

Interview Passing: ₹5,000
Total Maximum Amount: ₹1,00,000
Selection is merit-based using Class 10th and 12th marks.
Coaching seats are allocated per district based on merit.
At least 50% of beneficiaries will be girl students.
