Under this scheme, employees can avail cashless hospitalization benefits across a growing network of top-tier hospitals in India. The state government has described it as one of the most inclusive employee healthcare programmes in the country, replacing the earlier system of medical reimbursements and referrals.
The Su Swasthya Yojana covers a wide range of medical services - from accident and trauma care to critical illnesses like cancer and infertility treatments. Beneficiaries receive treatment at empanelled hospitals through a fully digital and paperless process, managed by a team of qualified medical and technology professionals.

The enrolment form is divided into two sections - Part 1 for employee self-enrolment and Part 2 for dependent enrolment. Employees are advised to fill in accurate details and upload necessary documents such as ID proof and relationship certificates for dependents.
