Telangana Government to Provide Free Laptops, Tablets & Smartphones for Students with Disabilities
The Telangana government has announced good news for students with disabilities pursuing higher education. As part of its empowerment program, the government will provide free laptops, tablets, and smartphones. In addition, other assistive devices will be distributed to persons with various disabilities to support independent living, education, and livelihood opportunities.

Free laptops, tablets, and smartphones for students with disabilities studying Degree and higher education.
Free assistive devices such as retrofitted motorized vehicles, trading autos, hybrid wheelchairs, battery-operated wheelchairs, tricycles, regular wheelchairs, hearing aids, smart canes, MCR kits, walking sticks, and other supportive equipment.
100% free of cost – no charges for any device.
One device per applicant – applicants must choose the most essential device they require.
Eligibility
Persons with physical, visual, hearing, or intellectual disabilities.
Students with disabilities pursuing higher education (Degree, PG, or above) for laptops, tablets, or smartphones.
Applicants who have not received such devices previously.
