The Government of Telangana has launched a massive self-employment initiative called the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2026 to support unemployed youth from SC, ST, BC, MBC, and Minority communities.
Under this scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance up to ₹3 lakh per beneficiary to help youth start small businesses and mini-industries. A total budget of ₹6,000 crore has been allocated to benefit 5 lakh unemployed youth across Telangana.
The scheme was announced by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and officially launched with details shared by Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
